As the gateway from Central Asia to the subcontinent, the kitchen from the North-West Frontier and Tribal Areas is steeped in rich history through trade and conquest. Historically, it is where the Persian Empire, Indian Kingdoms, and the Mughal Empire met. Over time each left their mark on the area. At Chutni we believe that the rich history of the region is highlighted by the depth of flavours of our cooking and hospitality.
All food is freshly prepared which allows for spice levels to be adjusted to personal taste. Chutni’s dishes can be eaten in European style or shared in the middle of the table.
